Living in an MHS Coliving apartment is pretty convenient, to be honest. There is a lot of included service and a lot of common stocks to make your stay trouble-free and easy and to facilitate the best possible coliving atmosphere and social comfort for you
You have to add the social aspect of yourself – hang out as much as you like – and retire to your private space when you need to.
We will keep the home tidy and take care of your maintenance and petty things – we will do our best to make you happy.
Everybody is welcome:
- Local Danes are moving to the city from other parts of the country.
- Expats here to work and/or study.
- Couples wanting to live and work in a new city – or in a new country.
The minimum rental period is three months for long-stay. There is no upper limit.
We want to deliver the best possible service, but the community has top priority. So, we have to respect the space of the tenants already there, meaning that viewing might not be possible at every point in time but can be arranged on prior appointment.
